This year our plan is to concentrate on the Kitchen and Bathroom market as these two rooms are the most important in the house - and the most expensive to fit out!
We will stock a large range of vanities, tapware, toilets, shower screens, baths - free standing or tiled in and also spa baths. What we haven't got in stock we can order in with an approximate delivery date of 10 working days.
We have a range of stock from companies such as Lanark, Decina, Linkware, Bathroom and Kitchen Supplies, Showerama, Ostar, Sunny International and our own imported stock. We will try to update photos etc as new stock comes in. We are also working on deliveries to country areas such as Dubbo, Tamworth, Moree and even as far as Lightening Ridge.
This year Sally and I are going to try and make things easy to order on our web page. If you need photos and prices we will do our best. That will save a lot of driving and also time.
KITCHENS:
This year we are working on 'made to order' Kitchens. These will come as a flat pack but will be made to exactly what you want. EG: Corner draws, wine racks, bookcases, leadlight doors and whatever size cupboard or draws you need.
To order a kitchen we need to know your dimensions. If you are not sure on how to draw up a plan we know of people who can do this for you. We can supply you with their phone number for you to ring them to negotiate a price and to arrange a time for them to come out. The approximate cost for a local measure is around $100.00
Our most common question asked is 'how much is a kitchen?' The answer being - the 'average' sized kitchen with 2 pack poly doors, handles adjustable legs, kickboards, granite or quantum quartz tops range from $4500 to $6000. If the kitchen is larger it would be obviously more and smaller would be less.
There is a range of door designs and colour's. The colour's are chosen from the Dulux colour chart.
Remember these are made to order kitchens and this price does 'not' include delivery, assembly, installation or fitting and cutting of the granite top.
The average waiting time for a kitchen is approximately 5 weeks. We cannot give an exact time as the kitchens are coming from overseas and as you can understand there could be hold ups.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER AT ROMO'S
1. The kitchen quote does 'not' include appliances, delivery, assembly, installation or fitting and cutting of the granite top. We can give you phone numbers of people who can help perform all these duties but is is totally up to you, the purchaser, to organize this and negotiate a price.
2. Therefore in saying this if you have any problems with the kitchen itself please do not hesitate to call us and we will address the situation. Any other enquiries are to be direct to the person involved.
3. The turnaround time for a kitchen from the time of order is only an estimation, not a guaranteed time as the kitchens come from overseas and we cannot give a set date. It is approximately 5-6 weeks.
4. We do not store kitchens. They are to be paid for and picked up as soon as they arrive.
5. Quotes for kitchens are valid for one month only.
